Both Newegg and ZZF have a 3 year warranty compared to outpost 1 year, for 5.00 I go with Newegtg or ZZF

Actually a 1 year warranty on an OEM processor is very good. It's usually 30 days or less.

Although I agree that for the small price difference, the retail is a better deal in this case.

True enough, but most people here are overclockers. You void your warranty the second you do that, regardless. 😀
