I just checked that site, and they didn't even have the X2 3800 listed. Good prices on their other processors.

Yah, got the one they had in-stock. They list the 4200 X2 as well though, around $24 cheaper than NewEgg.

AMD AM2 Athlon64 4200+ X2 BOX - Retail $165

I just got my E6300 delivered on Friday from HW Rebuild. $170, free shipping. That's cheaper than the "official" lowest price of $183 at ZipZoomFly (and comparable price at newegg). Thanks to OP for pointing this great deal out...I saved $10 because of you, man!

FYI for everyone, X2-3800+ AM2 arrived today, retail unopened box. Added to new BIOStar MicroATX and Ultra MicroFly case and zooming. Killer CPU for $129 delivered. Don't know if they are seeding the market where possible, but gotta give HWRebuild dot com their props!

Yup, these guys seem very legitimate. Jumped for the E6600 and emailed them to cancel because i was indecisive.......... got the E6300 instead for value. They replied to me 10 MINUTES after i emailed them. Very nice people there. I wish they had a DS3 because i would've ordered my motherboard from them too. I wonder why they just started to jump in the game (being noticed).

//edit Anyone that orders from them should leave a rating good or bad at resellerratings.com and maybe they'll keep up the great prices and good service. Justa thought. NO i don't work for them :)

Every vendor should be as good as these guys, hope they keep it up even if they get more successful
Dumb name tho, we are not rebuilding - we are building
How about HardwareBarn, or PCbuilder
I just checked - both taken - lol

If you got a l629b130, this should be a very good overclocker. The batches with a letter B in the middel have been able to reach 4ghz on air. Which model did you get?

Come to think of it, can you guys list the batches you have received from HW Rebuild? Maybe they a starting to ship the B batches for the 6600 which is the chip I am eyeing. :)

I e-mailed them to see if they have any shipping options, they replied personally:

Thanks for the suggestion and recommendation. We always value
suggestions from our customers.

When we first got started we did offer that but it never became a
guarentee for the customers and they were getting disappointed because
their orders were not getting there in 1 or 2 days. The problem with 1
day is that you would need to live in the area where the part is. We
get orders all over the states and including Canada. The problem with 2
days is processing of any order takes 1 day, as well as the same day to
ship out or possibly the next day to ship out, or after the weekend and
there is your 2 days gone. We want our customers to get their products
as soon as possible but we could never guarentee a 2 day service. So
there is plenty of time for 3 to 5 days depending if you live near any
of our warehouses.

Plus and this is the big plus, it is very costly to get it sooner, as I
know you probably know, and customers that we have been encountering do
not want to pay up the extra cost. It is almost average $50 and up
extra for 1 to 2 day service. Unfortunately to keep cost down and Free
shipping for customers we can only guarentee 3 to 5 day service. We
have a great deal with UPS that keeps our cost very low so that we can
pass this free service to our customers.

So unfortunately we may not be able to offer the service. But when we
start to grow and become more available in as many states as possible,
we may consider it as an option because then we can definately guarentee
it, plus possibly have a lower cost for more local deliveries.

Thank you very much for the suggestion.

We will definitely keep your suggestion in our future planning box.

Thanks for sharing.

The batch # is essentially the stepping information.

Can anyone tell me if their E6300 has beveled edges? Can you guys post pics w/o the HSF? Mine looks like the "Sharp" version on the right side of this pic:

[/URL]
Supposedly, the sharp version's IHS is not straight and causes the HSF to not make proper contact which causes high temps.
