titles says all. Will the cpu be a bottle neck for the gfx card?
also what is the best motherboard to OC with s775. I've been hearing alot of P35. Are these boards pushing 450-500fsb with the right cpu? any recommendations here?

What games, what resolution, what's your normal usage...

P35 is good, P45 is better - not so much because of the chipset, but because the mobo vendors put more into the P45 boards.
 
if you using high rez and max settings then the video card will be bottleneck and you don't need to worry too much about your cpu.
