Why the odd time you say? Apparently, MS has a last minute addition to their show so they added five minutes to the front-end instead of to the back end.

As long as they are adding to the show and not taking away like they did with Halo: ODST last year.

Looks like that motion thing is 3rd party, so I don't know if that really counts for a 360 motion controller.

I'm excited for the press event tomorrow. I hope there's a downloadable version of the entire show up online not too long after it's over
 
ahh, good catch. removing that because it will likely not be in MS' press conference.
 
So what's everyone think the big news is going to be that needed the extra 5 mins? A trailer? Someone walking out with new hardware in hand? Xbox live now free? Hulu on live, "Live right now!"? Hmm.

Well, I'm excited. Microsoft, whatever their other faults, has tended to deliver when it comes to press conferences. 🙂

Tony Hawk let slip that he'll be demonstrating his Tony Hawk Ride game. I really hope that isn't what they added 5 minutes to the presentation for...

Why not? 5 minutes is about all I can take of them talking about that. 🙂 I have absolutely no interest in skateboarding games.

Halo: Reach. Not a big fan of the "yearly Halo release" concept, but I think it's in the cards.

I also expect a fair amount of Zune HD pushing, which is reasonable if it's tightly integrated with the 360 and has a decent stand-alone gaming component.

Crazy, unsubstantiated prediction: major MMO announcement for the 360 - maybe LOTRO?

LOTRO has been rumored. Champions Online is still slated to come at the end of this year.
