E-sata vs usb2

Is there a good differance. Any known good reviews of the two. Bought a freeagent pro and it has both, should I waste money on a e-sata cable?
 
I dont know about the freeagent in general but all teh reviews I have seen suggest e-sata is significantly faster then usb2. Bassically e-sata is the same speed as the drive would be if it was internal, while usb 2 gives up quite a bit. Depending on what you use the drive for it may not matter but if you just need a cable its probably worth it.
