LOL, I don't watch the show, but a family friend who is a doctor watched and when he came over for dinner the two days later, said the following:

"Yeah, on ER some guy died from a heart attack. The defibrulator couldn't bring the guy back. I have an idea why, because they shocked the wrong side of the chest!"

Okay, okay, I butchered it. 🙁 It was really rather funny in his EXACT words. 🙂
