e-mail woes

User is running Outlook 2003, on an Exchange 2003 mail server. She is part of a mailing list, and her machine is on a domain managed PC. Sometimes when she is supposed to recieve mail from another user she will not recieve it, or sometimes recieve it days later. What can be the cause? I don't have direct access to the Exchange server, but if related I can try my best to get as much information as possible. Network connectivity should be fine on the machine, but I guess I can install some monitoring software to monitor it. Anyone have a problem related to this? Any help = good help! Thanks!
