E-mail Service with HTTP Server Access

Does anyone know of any e-mail serivce that offers HTTP server access in Outlook or Outlook Express?

Hotmail offers this. When you go to set up your mail account in Outlook, you can choose either POP, IMAP or HTTP. Hotmail is the only service I know of that offers this. Does anyone know of any other?

I'm behind a firewall and cannot access POP or IMAP servers. HTTP seems to work fine however. I dislike webmail and I dislike Hotmail so I find myself in a bit of a conundrum.
 
I would think that HTTP would mean some sort of exchange server or similar microsoft based app that was able to connect relatively securly to send and recieve email...so in other words i doubt there is any other that can make the connection to outlook like hotmail can.
