Do you guys know of a web-based e-mail server that not only allows one to check his e-mail through the POP3 in-mailserver, but also write e-mail from that specific account and send it through the specified out-mailserver?

For example, I want to check mail for a@yahoo.com and b@yahoo.com and c@yahoo.com, and reply to messages from those specific account.

Any information will help.

Yes, I could do that, but I'm looking for a web-based solution. Outlook limits me to a PC with Outlook on it. (not to mention setting up the account each time i use a different machine with outloook)

Someone recently told me about Pop3Now. Has anyone tried this e-mail consolidator or any others?
