D'You know what the best part of Top Gear is?

It's not the cars.

It's not the presenters.

It's not the witty writing.

It's not the soundtrack.

It's not the celebrity guests trying to outpace themselves week after week.

It's the camera work.

Brilliant, just brilliant.

It might just be... the best camera work... in the world.

Agreed. I mean, all of it combines to perfection. Everyone whom I've shown an episode to has said that.

The cinematography, the music, the writing, the hunor...all perfect!

no no no no - it's the female audiences in the front with the big bewbies!

they're different every week. it's a bewbie treasure hunt each week.....yeah, that's it.

i agree, they do a spectacular job with filming. they always have a different style per segment. surprisingly artsy for a car show 😀

Yes, excellent camera work and good music. Fifth Gear does a good job of both as well. In all honesty, Top Gear is as good as it is because of everything you wrote, not a single thing.

Agreed. The camera work puts ANY American series show to shame.

That and the chemistry between the three hosts. Even though Jeremy is an overbearing blowhard, the show would SUCK if you dropped either one of them.

the cinematography is exceptional on that show these days. just really really really good stuff. watch a top gear from 3 years ago and they look hideous in comparison.

You could broaden that to include the soundtrack...it's a very well produced show

Yeah, I realized after I typed, but couldn't be arsed to edit, but you've forced my hand...

i like top gear because of their humor, i like 5th gear because of their technicality. Of course, there are more hardcore videos out there but they do a bone stock review, which i like. This means that the cars they review/test are what the manufacturer intends to be, without aftermarket components. Tiff Needell i think is brilliant. But then, i also like BMI. They're also brilliant.
