I need help pinpointing the problem but for a couple of days my pc has been rebooting itself whenever i shut down. It will pause between 2-15 seconds and start up again, it's getting longer now.. Everytime it does start up the fans start up loud as if it resets itself. I got it to reboot normally after i reset the cmos and got rid of my overclock, but it's back to rebooting. I have a antec 350w smartpower 2.0.

any help would be appreciated
 
umm lets see right after i turn on my psu and start up it just sits there and beeps 2. and really fast maybe a 9.3 and then back to 2. for maybe 30seconds to a minute, and it boots up normally.
When i turn off the computer it shows F. for some amount of time and then starts flashing 2. and 9.3 again... the 9.3 is really quick so it may be 9. something else but 9.3 means se-assert power on..... the others don't have a post definition.
