it's essentially DX10 for XP but no release date. anyone know?


good thing they're doing that. i mean really who's getting vista with xp still very very good and used? i know i won't. for a very long time
 
I literally just found this out myself. Here's an Inquirer article for whatever that's worth.

This just seems too good to be true. DX 10 performance w/o dealing with vista would be amazing. If this goes through, I might have to take back some of the mean things I said...

edit: oh crap, already discussed and I'm wrong. 🙁
