This is such speculation that I don't think it requires a response. I don't mean to offend, but I for one can't offer an answer without totally reaching and pulling something out of my @$$, which I try to do as little as possible 😉.
We have no idea of the actual performance difference between nVidia's DX9 engine and ATI's (we know theory, that's it), and we have no idea what 3dmark 2k3 will test (if/when it does come out, if/when that is it's name). For example: will 3dmark 2k3 punish ATI for allowing much fewer repetitions in the DX9 engine per clock compared to the GeForce FX? Will it focus on driver performance and punish nVidia? There are too many variables to comment on without just making something up off the top of my head.
