DWL 650 install problem

Im trying to install this on a dell inspiron 5100, i just did a reinstall of xp home, installed service pack 2, and now im getting a code 10, the card worked fine before the reinstall, any suggestions???
 
check what version of the card you have, they use several diff chips in that card. make sure you have the driver for your version installed.
