This. There are attractive women who will be interested in you, but you need to take the risk first. You will likely get shot down, but you'll win more often than you'd expect. If you sit there assuming she's out of your league, you have no shot.

Men are physical
Women are emotional

This will help you understand a lot of things when it comes to genders.

A woman will be put up with an unattractive man if that man has other qualities she desires. Men will typically base a lot of their attraction on a womans looks, at least initially.

For the longest time I didnt believe in leagues at all, and finally one day it sunk in that even though I dont, women sure as shit do.
They rarely talk about it, certainly not publicly (maybe with their best girlfriends) but at the very least they always scale guys in their minds as
1. Providers (gold digging)
and
2. Personal mates (pleasure slaves be it sex or massage or possibly just hugging, her choice).

They all do it subconsciously and many do it consciously as well. Women are MUCH more superficial than men in this regard but it helps a lot if you understand it, and dont hate them for it. Better to improve yourself than try to change the attitudes of modern American women.
