Dwarf Fruit trees...

I really want to grow pomegranates, but I live in a high rise in phoenix. So I just randomly googled mini-fruit trees and found a site that has them. Has anyone had any kind of dwarf fruit tree before?

My mom had dwarf peach trees in Green Valley, AZ. They were quite hardy but, required hand pollination as the local bugs weren't up to it. They also required a fair amount of water with good drainage which might not go with the high rise.

Had a dwarf Meyer lemon tree that we tried to grow. The cat peed in the pot and killed it.

So, my advice is to try to avoid that.
