DW MX 2004 : Anyone else tried this bug ridden release?

WEll I just started using it and I must say as much as the new interface is neat there are some definate problems I've run into.
For starters the validator does not work as a "site wide" option anymore
Then whenever i open up like 10 docs at a time i can't use file->close all...causes it to crash...
And for my site when i go to connect and upload files i get a message saying "unable to resolve host" for a few seconds and then it finally does upload...

Some nice new things:
PHP is finally supported even in the <?=$varName ?> manner
Interface much smoother
seems to take less ammount of time to "cache" a site

Are you using the retail version or a warez'ed one? If the latter, then you shouldn't be surprised. Often, early releases contain bugs or other problems (a good reason to not pirate stuff, aside from the fact that it's illegal).
