DVR to Tablet?

My cable STB has a built-in DVR. The device is connected to my TV via HDMI.

I also have a desktop computer with modem and router.

In addition, I have a tablet (with Bluetooth) that connects wireless to the internet via my router.


Is there a way to display contents from the DVR on the tablet with the devices I have? Or, are there devices to add to my system to allow me to obtain the results I want displaying from the DVR to the tablet?
