.dvr-ms VIDEO FORMAT?

.dvr-ms what kind of video format is this?

Does anyone know how to change that video format into like a ISO or something else?



Is there a way to make a video a better quality?

a) DVR-MS is from Media Centers DVR feature.
b) ISO is a storage format, not a video format. Yes you can put an dvr-ms into an ISO
c) You can't make video quality 'better' if the original data isn't there to improve upon (generally speaking)

It's probably an mpeg-2 stream.

It is an MPEG-2 stream, but depending on content it may have additional 'features' such as DRM.
