I guess we'd call it pepperoni pizza if we were dull enough to offer pizza with just cheese and pepperoni pizza on it, but i don't think there's a huge market for pizza that dull...well...i've certainly never bought one 😉

Mostly, it's called a variation of 'Meat eaters/lovers' and has a mix of all or some of the following; pepperoni, bacon, beef, snagger...and of course the ubiquitous cheese, with your choice of barbeque or tomato sauce 😉

I like the jalapeno ones our local place does, iirc it's got two kinds of meat, truckloads of jalapenos, cheese and iirc onion...

Reminiscent of that thread where those two guys burned some gas from pressurized air (to clean computer) and both got sick.
