I have tried all the betas up to 76.50, all the XtremeG up to 76.44, and even some other oddball modded NV drivers.
Nothing works.
BUT!
I got confirmation out of Nvidia that it is indeed fixed and will be out very soon in a driver update.
source: my b*tching thread.
I'm assuming if its fixed for the 2005FPW then its fixed for the others, we will see won't we.
But few here have SLI anyway, so it doenst matter to but a few of us.. or those interested (still tho, no point if you arent ever going to get SLI). And fewer of those SLI users were even affected by this issue.
Kinda funny, all my ranting about Nvidia having the best driver support ect.... I WONDER WHERE THAT CAME FROM?
Could it be from me using Nvidia for YEARS and loving it? 😀
It took a bit of b*tching on my part, but I got it out of them.
You ungrateful bastards dont have to thank me..... 😉
The only other issue I ran up against is vsync is hard to enable, but can be done. I dont give a damn about that though, I just want things to work in fullscreen on my panel if possible.
I'm satisfied with this.
PS. while i got your attention heres a shot of the inside of my new rig.. alot better wiring going on here than with my Asus.

Well, you can return that plane ticket to Cali for now
Looks like the Dell 2005FPW issue has been fixed and should be in the next driver update, coming real soon!
Thanks everyone for your patience.
Oh, and SLI overclocking should also be fixed.
