DVI->VGA adapters: 8800GTX ones are fuzzy, my 6800GT ones work fine

I am using a Dell P1110 CRT (Sony G500 OEM).

I just picked up a 8800GTX and both the DVI to VGA adapters that came with it cause my video to have what looks like ghosts to the right of everything. Using the DVI to VGA adapter that came with my 6800GT and it's perfect.

The 8800GTX DVI adapters have about double the pins compared to the 6800GT one.

I tried both DVI ports. I am not sure which one you are supposed to use, the manual doesn't specify and I have read all possible combinations as correct and likewise all possible combinations causing issues.

My GTS is fuzzy using VGA but clear when I used HDMI. LOL as if we didnt know that.

It's crystal clear now with a different DVI to VGA adapter.
