DVDShrink question

I've used DVDShrink for several years. I don't believe it's been supported for a few but I still find it useful. Today, I went to backup a DVD. I hadn't decided if I wanted to use a single layer or double layer burnable DVD. I went through the backup procedure and when asked to put in a blank disk, I cancelled out because I wanted to make up my mind about what disk to use. I figured that the files would still be there and I could burn using a disk burning software. Indeed, upon cancelling the burning process, DVDShrink produced a message saying that the files would be there and ready to burn later with a DVD burning program. Solid! However, when I went to look for the directory/files, they were not there! What's up with that and is there a workaround? Yes, I can rip again, but I didn't think I would have to. 😕
