DVDProfiler Help needed

Ok, I press the add now button, type in the UPC, then it moves to the right of the screen and says "pending." I then hit add now and it shows up anytime I open the dvdprofiler program, but the new movie is not shown on my collection online. Am I doing something wrong?
 
You have to upload your collection to the online service.
Inside DVDProfiler, click "Online"->"My Profiler," then follow the steps.
