Dvd test disc

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has heard of a DVD "test" disc that you can use to test various
functions of your TV ( black level,ect.) . Thanks in advance for any help.

The 2 most popular ones are Avia Guide to Home Theater and Video Essentials. If you don't want to spend big bucks on it, some THX DVD's come with some test patterns you can use. I know the X-Men DVD has these test patterns, not sure which other ones do.

StarWars Episode II has several tests also(audio and video).

Thanks a lot guys, I'm noticeing an area of color distortion at the bottom of my screen. I wanted to
