DVD SHRINKER PROBLEMS?

Hey guys so I like to backup my dvds that I buy incase they get scratched or what not. Recently however I have found that the newer dvds I've boughten aren't working with DVD shrink. Is there any other program that will allow me to do this?
 
I usually rip before I shrink using DVD Decrypter. In cases where that hasn't worked, I've used DVD Fab Decrypter with some success, and have also been recommended RipIt4Me.
