DVD shrink output 26 files, how do I burn them to a DVD with Nero 6?

Open Nero 6 and create a "DVD Video" disc, and then drag all the files into the red VIDEO_TS folder.

The quality is pretty good too.

Would CloneDVD do any better? Are their programs that will rip/burn 2 disks, no compression?
