Hello everyone. Here is a weird one. I am running Vista Ultimate and I have two ROMs. The first drive is a DVD-ROM and the second is a DVD Writer. The DVD-ROM only sees CDs and not DVDs. I tried a couple of different brands of DVDs and still nothing.

Any ideas?
 
Go into the device manager and clear out the drivers for the DVD-ROM. Then run the add hardware manager and your should be set. If it doesn't work then the drive may be going bad.
