i just had my computer shipped from sri lanka, and my drives tray wont come out. it was working perfrectly before i packed it up for shipping..... i have a samsung writemaster DVD rewriter....
all help appreciated
 
ya... the green light turns on....
i managed to get the tray out with the emergency hole below the tray but the drive still doesnt respond when i press the eject button.
 
i think so too...... i dont get any sort of response from the drive except for the green light just lightin up once at startup
