DVD Ripping

Id like to back up a few of my DVDs on PC. Is there anyway to do it w/o a dvd-rom? All I have is a CD-ROM and CD-RW.

If you have a capture card you can do it.

Theres no way to back them up but you cna convert them to SVCD's which are good quality and about as close as your going to get w/o a straight backup.

well thats capturing not ripping😉

and if all cd drives could read dvds, that would be insane!! we'd have dvd capacity cds🙂 🙂 different laser is used.
