dvd ripping software

I have a ton of TV Show DVD's and recently discovered XBMC, I ripped my Sanford & Son collection but it took a long time to name them all once they were ripped to AVI. My mp3 ripper lets me rename, but that's based off ID3 tags. What can I do for TV shows? I have about 30 more dvd's to rip and I'm not exactly looking forward to having to rename each episode manually so I know what it is and XBMC's scrapper can find it and process it.

Fairuse 2.8 allows you to batch encode/name the episode DVD's, I know this isn't like looking up and tagging a mp3, but it may make things a bit easier because you can uniformly name entire seasons. Not sure if this helps any?

I'm not sure, but I do all of my names manually. It's a HUGE pain initially, but now all of my XBMC's and WMC's show the Album Art and correct names without having to use the scrapers on anything. It's waaaaay more convenient imo.

I will look into Fairuse mc866, and Kaido what I'm trying not to do it manually. I love having art and all the info, but naming files is cumbersome. I would think the same way EAC can identify a CD and automatically rip it to mp3 knowing the names and how I want it ripped. I guess once I rip the 60 dvd's I have, I'd have very little to do as I don't buy many DVD's anymore. I'm confused, you said no scrapers but how is your art coming up?
