DVD Recorder 99.99 ar Free Shipping

so if you were to hook this up to to another dvd player can you copy dvds directly? will macrovision mess up protected dvds?

my brother wants to copy dvds and also transfer his vhs to dvd and he is not so good with computers, this may be just what he needs.

If the VHS or DVD movies have copy protection (there are types other than Macrovision), you will be unsuccessful at trying to back up DVD's.

yes, which means this dvd burner is useless for licenced dvd titles. It's best for burning a tv show while it's going on, something on your computer, whatever.

Yeah actually if you are really into TV show recording you really should have either a tivo or a HDTV setup to record many many hours. Then put whatever ones on DVD or CD you want.
