Sorry I know this may be a bit off topic...

I recently got the NU DDW-081 8X DVD burner.

I was just wondering whats the differece between DVD+R and DVD-R. And what type of blank DVD i should get.

Do a search and you'll also find many threads about this.

But to give you a short answer, whatever is cheaper. At the same price, get the +Rs as they have more error correction. -Rs do give you a few more megs of space though.
