I have two DVD burners, one 16X the other 12X, and one DVD ROM 16X, my question is if it is possible to rip three DVD's at the same time and what would be the best master/slave configuration

Thanks.

Yes...just get the right software like Nero...I rip 5 and could go more if need be. 3 PATA rippers and 3 Externals (ie.USB and Firewire)

I probably shouldn't ask but what legitimate reason do you have for ripping so many dvd's?
curiosity is killing me.

and big Family ;)...my backups are my business and noone elses because they are my personal backups...but I guess I'll spill some of the beans...(ie.MP3 disc= 1 for the car, 1 for the Wagon, 1 for my puter upstairs, 1 for my Puter in my Puter Room, 1 for the Country House, 1 for portable, 1 for the Firebox, 1 for the Bank Security box, I can go on and on but they are not for Sale!)

I keep my latest 6 DVD purchases ripped to the HD of my HTPC. It's a pain when I buy more then 1 new DVD and have to rip them one at a time to the HD.
