I have a dell dimension 2350
1gig ram, 30 g hd.
my cdrom doesnt work, its a samsung cdr r/w sw 240b

I think I have 400mhz
200 watt (something lol)

Dell said I could have a dvd player if I wanted to on this machine. Just to make sure
it wasnt SATA

This looks like a good deal here.

Would this fit my computer?

My needs:
To have re-write ability
To burn songs onto cds
To burn movies onto cds
With ability to view or hear them on other devices.

Im getting this pc tweaked really well LOL
(but I am mentally freakin exhausted, KUDOS to programmers and techies, they have
an ongoing job that requires constant learning, they earn their keep for sure) lol

I have came a long way babeeeeeee.
When I first got a windows computer, I lost my start button.
I FREAKED... covered the computer up for months..

then I thought well hmmmm....
its sitting there broken....useless to me..
what in the world do I have to lose now?
I mean 'broke' is broke LOL

I know not to go into the dos mode and type in *.del* lol
