DVD player reviews?

I have a Philips/Magnavox DVD 825; I got it in october 1999.. I think it was $210 at the time 😛
The only thing I really wish it did (that it doesn't already do) is play mp3s, but that wasn't even popular at the time I purchased the player, and most support that now anyway.
The aesthetic of the player is great, too, imo- it's component width and thinner than a vcr, with chrome feet visible in the front.
I need to get it to best buy and have it cleaned right now, but other than that it's a great player 🙂

It has 2 RCA A/V outputs, S-Video out, coaxial out, an optical out, and a .25" headphone out on the front.
 
DVDRHelp has a great database of user ratings for various players... But they're mostly concerned with compatibility with VCD, SVCD, and DVD+/-R.
 
Crutchfield (and crutchfield.com) will have feature/price charts... they don't really do 'reviews', though, they just tell you how great it is.
