dvd player error

"This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is enabled."

This is the error that I am getting. Any suggestions? I am using power dvd as the program.

My guess is; It considers you trying to copy said dvd while sending it out,ie; to the tv.

but i am using a dvd rom drive on my pc and using power dvd prog to play the dvd.
