DVD Playback Problems

I use Ravisent's DVD Player made for my DVD decoder card. When playing a movie, inevitably at some point during the movie, the movie will "freeze", giving us a picture of two images several frames apart in the movie. The picture will quickly shift back and forth between these images several times per second. Green artifacts also appear in the images.

I can then exit the DVD Player program and continue to use the computer normally.

I would like to use this DVD Decoder solution because I can then get Dolby Digital sound via my DVD Decoder Card's SPDIF output.

All thoughts greatly appreciated.
