DVD output questions.

Hi.

First question:

I know(at least I'm pretty sure) that if I have an AGP card I can view a DVD on it on the monitor or it's TV out if it has one.

Can the DVD go full screen to the TV while windows is on the Monitor? even if this is really only a Single Head card?
Second Question:

I'm pretty sure that if the AGP card is a Dual head then I can use windows on at least one of the Monitors. with the TV
out mirroring the other Monitor.

Are there any Video Card that can send the DVD to the TV while I use both monitors for Windows?

Third Question:

I've seen some of these HW DVD cards around. Some of them have thier own TV out. Most of these use VGA pass through.

Can these cards send the DVD to the TV without also putting it on the VGA to the monitor? What if I don't hook up
the VGA pass thru?

Forth Question:

Does VGA pass through work with DVI?

Last Questions:

Some one pointed me to Nvidia's Personal Cinema. Nvidia's webpage made it sound interesting but didn't give many
details. I understand it does Video in and Video out. I think it does TV tuning also, and it sounds like it hase some
sort of DVD HW acceleration. Myquestions are:

Where can I find more info?

If these are like othe Nvidia products, who actually makes and markets one of these? Who sells them?

Does this use VGA pass through to do the DVD decoding? or does it write straight to the Video Card?

Can it send a signal to the TVout that isn't being sent to the monitor?

Does it only work with an Nvidia Video board?

Not if it's a single-head card

That would require a triple-head setup. So no.

Yes.

You can still see DVD on your TV but not on your monitor.

Not if you are using the DVI port without a DVI->VGA adapter. In other words, if you have the DVI connected to a digital flat panel then the VGA pass-through would not work, umm, because it's not VGA!
