DVD movie to CD audio, fastest way?

I want to turn a DVD sing along into a CD audio Cd for my kid. I can't think of a good way that doesn't take tons of steps. I have Nero suite, think that can do it?
 
Check out the guides over at Doom9.org or Videohelp.com. They have some good guides that shows how to convert AC3 audio (most DVDs) to MP3, AAC, your format of choice, etc.
