DVD Length Question

I want to create a DVD of first 6 episodes of The Office, but it's a tad bit more than 120 minutes. Currently they are avi files on my comp. My question is, how do I put more than 120 minutes onto a DVD? I'm using DVD Santa, Shrink, and Decrypter right now, so if someone knows how to do it with those programs, (or another one) an easy way, that'd be great.

DVD Santa should do it all for you just select all the files

Yea, when I add the files into Santa, it shows the length as 2:09...do I just create the DVD and it will automatically reduce the quality in order to fit 2:09, or must I make a change in the Advanced Setting before encoding?
