I bought a used CL PC-DVD decoder card the inlay one. And they have a 5 region code changes limit. It appears that it has reached the limit and I don't know how to change it. It is not locked in region 1 either. I really need to use this thing. Is there anything I can do to unlock it or change regions? I don't even know if it's unlocked for sure because I don't know how to change it. But when I hit play on the dvd player, it says that my decoder card is set for the wrong region and the output is a buch of funny green lines with some of the picture coming through. Any help on this would be appreciated.
