DVD creation Software

I'm in the market for new video editing software. For a couple of years I've used Ulead Video Studio. It's served me well, but it crashes more then I would like. I've read the Corel version has the same problems. So my question is what are other people using.

I'm thinking I'll give DVDStyle a chance for DVD authoring. But will need a capture program.

I use ConvertXtoDVD for my authoring needs.

For converting videos to DVD I use WinAVI and then drag then into Sony DVD architect 5.0 and create menus for them.


WinAVI is 10 times faster, a 350 meg video can be converted in 25 minutes and then Sony takes an hour just 'creating' the menus.

It would take 12-15 hours to create the whole DVD if I used the Sony software alone.
