DVD Copying Software

Lets just say someone (not me, a friend) wanted to copy a copyright-protected DVD. What software would he or she use?

There are only about a million threads on this, so search.

But just because I'm feeling nice today, DVDShrink should do most everything and if there is a stubborn DVD, DVDDecryptor should take care of ripping it.

And I assume you meant that your "friend" needed to back up a DVD that you already own.

I think you meant to say "your friend" wants to make a backup copy, then you would want to use DVDShrink http://www.dvdshrink.org/

it really is for my friend. he asked me to help him b/c he knows im into computers. doesnt mean i wont backup my own dvds
