Dvd burner problem

Im having a problem with my dvd burner. When i try to burn a cd with a cd-r the dvd burner doesnt reconize the cd-r. The dvd burner can burn cd-r's, Ive done it before many times. Im using the same disc that I use every time. The burner is showing up in my computer section as two seperate drives. One is a dvd-ram drive and another as scsi cd rom drive. I dont know why that is. I tried uninstalling them but when i scaned for hardware changes they both just reinstalled again. Heres a screenshot of the problem pic
 
Do you have any virtual-CD or CD-emulation software installed? DaemonTools, Alchohol 120, Nero ImgDrive, etc?

It's definately not normal to have one DVD burner show up as two drives.
 
i did but i removed it and im still getting this. The virtual cd-rom drives showed up and worked correctly though.
