Tried google but I couldn't get a straight answer. I got my little cousin coming over this summer and she likes nothing more than to watch tv and movies, mommy gave me her DVDs but most are scratched and she's replaced a few since the kid gets to them. I was looking around at DVD X COPY and a few others I'm looking for a one stop point and click solution for the mother to use to back the full disc. I looked at DVD2ONE not working correctly on certain discs. This is kinda new to me never had to backup discs. So any recommendations on software I can pick up at BB to backup a complete DVD?

*edit* It would be backed up to a DVDR does it really matter if it's + or - as long as the DVD player it doesn't matter?
I tried cdfreaks.com and vcdhelp.com but they have all these indepth methods I just want point & click.

What is DVD Shrink?

DVD Shrink is software to backup DVD discs. You can use this software in conjunction with DVD burning software of your choice, to make a backup copy of any DVD video disc.

DVD Shrink will also burn your backup DVD, if you have installed the latest version of Nero. You can download a demo version of Nero here . If you already possess alternative burning software and prefer to stick with it, then you can still use DVD Shrink. The output from DVD Shrink can be saved as files on your hard drive, which you can then burn with software of your choice.

DVD Shrink is free software. You should never pay for DVD Shrink.

Yes DVD Shrink it's the best for backing up DVDs. You may also need DVD decrypter software since DVD Shrink's decryption may not be enough for some movies.

Here is a simple guide of DVD Shrink which I found very useful DVD Shrink Guide
