I am trying to backup a movie called the forgotten and I cannot get it to extract to the PC. I have used DVD decrepter that errors out at 6% and DVD shrink freezes at 18% analized. The DVD has a minor bunch of scratch in one area but what is funny it won't even play in my PC with my NEC3500. I have power DVD and it says in insert the DVD into drive but the DVD is in the drive. If you open tray and close and select play it just opens power DVD and the same thing happens.
Anybody else have this problem. It a a fairley new movie maybe a month old. I just don't to ruin the original as it has a scratch from my mom trying to get it in the drive of the DVD tray.
