Any DVD-ROM can do it. DVD-ROM drives aren't a player, they're a transport. Everything done from them is done with other hardware or software, they can't do anything at all by themselves.
You'll need an Audigy 2 to play DVD-Audio on a computer. That's the only way. And it can only be played through the analog outputs of the card, not digital. Creative includes a DVD-A player with their cards, or you can pay WinDVD for their software, which isn't worth it. Either way, you must have an Audigy 2, Creative is the only manufacturer to have licensed DVD-A.
