I am just getting into video editting here at my school and was wondering where we could purchase a DVCR other than the Sony one that happens to be so popular at a price of $4000 or more. If this is the gernal price range for a DVCR, is there an adapter that could be used to connect standard RCA ports to a firewire, then a computer? Any help you could give would be great.
