Dutch ISP wins lawsuit against spammer

XS4ALL, a big Dutch ISP just won a lawsuit against a firm sending junkmail to their customers. If they continue to do so they will be fined for 50 Euros per mail, up to a max of 2.5M Euros. Finally something is being done against the spammers.

Too bad though it can't sue all those foreign spammers 🙁
 
good news, I hope this will become a International law as soon as possible.
